Day Centre
Held three days a week in Cheadle, currently on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Accessible minibus transport is provided to and from. The Day Centre is run and staffed by fully trained carers, and provides a full day of care, support, and socialisation. A nutritional, three-course, home-cooked meal is provided, along with activities including crafts, quizzes, and entertainment.

Outreach Groups & Friendship Group
Outreach Groups are held each week in Biddulph, Blythe Bridge, Cheddleton, Tean, and Werrington. At the Outreach Groups, nutritional, two-course meals are provided, along with activities including crafts, reminiscence and entertainment. Friendship groups are held each week in Hollington and Longnor. All of the groups are facilitated by volunteers and overseen by a Service Manager.

Meals on Wheels
In April 2016, a Meals on Wheels Service was started to provide hot, nutritional, home cooked meals for housebound, elderly people in Cheadle and the surrounding area. Volunteer drivers deliver the meals each day.

Voluntary Transport & Accessible Minibus
Volunteers’ cars used to transport those who can travel by no other means to any appointment they may have. The Transport desk is attended to by a volunteer and requests are taken between 10am and 12 noon on any weekday by telephoning the office on 01538 750511 Transport into Day Centre and all Outreach Groups is provided by accessible minibuses.

Referrals to any of the above Services can be made by Social Workers, Health Professionals, GPs or other community workers. They can also be made by family members or friends, or as a self-referral.
